With your elbow bent at a 90 degree angle, use your elbow as your starting point and measure 4 3/4″ down your arm towards your hand. Measure the circumference of your forearm at this point. Make sure measure tape is not too tight or too loose. Refer to sizing chart & video for correct sizing.
